Absa recently announced it SSP Select Insurance for its commercial lines business, supporting five lines of business distributed through insurance brokers. SSP is a global technology provider.

SSP Select Insurance has already delivered a range of business benefits, enabling Absa to automate certain manual processes and provide better policy schedules and user guided underwriting.
Andries Van Staden, Managing Executive of Absa Insurance says, “SSP Select Insurance is key to improving our customer service, providing the necessary flexibility.”

Subsequent phases of the modernisation project will see a wide range of personal lines products launched, as well as further integration with other systems from across the group, in order to deliver additional business benefits and increase operational efficiencies further.
SSP Select Insurance represents the next generation of component based insurance solutions for personal and commercial lines, enabling insurers to drive profitable growth by increasing their speed to market, streamlining current processes and improving customer service.
